2.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

MT Chat offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features, message limits, and support levels. Current plans include:

3.2 Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

3.3 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Trial accounts offer the same features and message quotas as the paid service. Credit card information is required to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period expires.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melsson Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
